Dont go screaming when you get there but get in a cab and ask for the corner of bleeker and perry street. The house is right there but on that corner is where sarah jessica parker actually lives. So i find that exciting. and its block away from the park where miranda takes brady and another park where miranda tells carrie shes preggerz. AAAND the magnolia bakery is right there where carrie and miranda have cupcakes :) Yeah i live in nyc. As a kid growing up in sunny California, I too had held a lifetime dream of living in NYC (I never wanted to stay in CA). I lived in Seattle for 13 years, then spent eight years in Chicago, till finally last year, through an unexpected turn of events, I found that the right time had finally come for me to make my move. I have no regrets. New York is for me, simply paradise, albeit an imperfect, crowded, hot, cold, and at times smelly paradise, but paradise none the less. It is not easy, I had the luxury of coming into a bit of money which I hadn't expected to have (and very much needed), but there is no place like it, no place at all...
